The US Justice Department has released transcripts from an interview with Ghislaine Maxwell, an associate of Jeffrey Epstein. According to the transcripts, Maxwell told Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche that she was unaware of any "client list" belonging to Epstein. She also described President Donald Trump as "very cordial and very kind" to her, stating she never witnessed him behave inappropriately.

Ghislaine Maxwell's association with Jeffrey Epstein has been extensively documented. She was his former girlfriend and longtime business associate. Their relationship reportedly began in the early 1990s and lasted for over 25 years until Epstein's death in 2019. Maxwell has been described as Epstein's "main girlfriend" and was known to have managed his household staff, among other responsibilities.

Ghislaine Maxwell's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein reportedly ended around 2006, when Epstein was charged with acquiring a minor for prostitution. Although the exact nature of their relationship's end is unclear, it's known that Maxwell attempted to distance herself from Epstein after his charges.

The release of these transcripts has drawn attention, given Maxwell's conviction for sex trafficking and Epstein's associations with powerful individuals. Maxwell is serving a 20-year prison sentence and is appealing her conviction.
